[MUST READ] During Ramadan, there are eight things that every Muslim should do more of.

HINTMEMORE,

The Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammad Sa'ad Abubakar, has certified that the moon has been seen, signaling the start of Ramadan fasting.
He declared that the Ramadan fast will begin on Saturday, April 2nd, 202  in live broadcast on Friday.

Scholars, on the other hand, advise Muslims to avoid certain foods throughout Ramadan.
However, there are numerous more deeds that individuals are encouraged to perform in order to maximize the holy month's blessings.

Here are eight of them:

1. Make charitable donation

The month of Ramadan is essentially period of reflection.
Muslims are expected to help people in need on daily basis, but almsgiving is especially encouraged during Ramadan.

2. Pay attention to Laylatul Qadr.
The Night of Majesty, also known as Laylatul Qadr, occurs near the end of the Holy Month, and Muslims are encouraged to double their deeds of Ibadah during this time to reap the blessings.

3. Pay a visit to those who are destitute or unwell.
When fasting throughout Ramadan, it's also a good idea to pay visits to other Muslims who are sick and may not be able to fast. It is intended that this will give the Muslim community a sense of belonging.

4. Study the Holy Quran
Muslims are encouraged to invest additional time to reading the Quran throughout Ramadan in order to gain the benefits it has to offer. According to scholars, each letter in the alphabet is repeated throughout the book.

5. Keep Allah in mind (God)
Muslims are expected to conduct various acts of Ibadah to honor Allah throughout the month of Ramadan. Reading and reciting the Quran is an excellent approach to develop your relationship with Allah.

6. Pay Attention to Compulsory Prayers
Muslims are expected to conduct various acts of Ibadah to honor Allah throughout the month of Ramadan. Reading and reciting the Quran is an excellent approach to develop your relationship with Allah.

7. Perform the Zakat ul Fitr
Muslims are obligated to pay Zakat ul Fitr before the Eid prayers following Ramadan. This is so that the less fortunate, the destitute, and the needy might enjoy the holiday as well.

8. Spread Peace and Love
To put it another way, Ramadan is the ideal time to spread love and peace to all people, regardless of religion. Even if they are annoyed, scholars advise Muslims to simply say, "I am fasting, I am fasting." It's past time to extend these meditative techniques beyond Ramadan.
