Accidental Pregnancy: Congolese Education Minister Confesses to Relationship with Deputy

In a surprising revelation, Tony Mwaba Kazadi, the Congolese Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education (EPST), has admitted to impregnating his deputy, describing it as an "accident."

Kazadi and his deputy, Aminata Namasia, found themselves entangled in a complicated situation after developing a mutual affection while working closely together in the education ministry, despite being married to different individuals.

The affair came to light when a local journalist exposed the relationship on Twitter, which eventually led to Namasia's pregnancy. The news quickly spread, prompting widespread condemnation from the citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) who viewed their actions as dishonorable.

As reported by Hintmemore, Namasia was appointed as the National Deputy Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education in the Democratic Republic of Congo under the cabinet of Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde on April 12, 2021.
